Project Guidelines – For Bids
If you cannot full fill the following requirements do not bid on this project.
1. Have full understanding of project details in document
2. Proficient skills in graphic designs
3. Has great success with designing graphics and have great feedback
4. Designer MUST communicate on a daily base with updates on progress.
5. Cross work time with Eastern Standard Time (-5 GMT)
6. Source code and libraries must be original and called from one set of libraries.
o All codes must be commented so they can be used in further development
7. Only provide what is asked for in project outline
8. Project must be done by set date, if not completed escrow payment must be returned
9. Must support project until 100% working with no bugs
10. Project must follow all details, unless notified and agreed upon
11. Must be very efficient and successful with SEO
