Seo firm seeks extremely motivated and highly dedicated full time PHP/HTML web site designer and SEO professional to build 40-50 mini sites per month and implement SEO tactics that we will advise you on, including on-page optimization and off-page optimization/back linking to our web site. The 40–50 mini sites will mostly consist of templates with cut/paste text and image changes. We are currently in various stages of 200 of our own sites. In addition to our own sites we work on 10 to 25 client sites per month. This is a very demanding job and not for every one. You must be able to work an 8hr day minimum for at least 5 days per week. You must be able to communicate with us via “Voice” Skype the entire 8hr day. Again “Voice” Skype and not Text Skype. There will be heavy correspondence with me and my two assistants in order to maintain efficiency and to avoid tasks needing to be redone. You will not be left alone to work at your own pace. This is a full time position with a base pay per month plus bonuses for task finished early accompanied by a deduction in pay if task are not completed on time. This means if you do not meet my deadlines you will take a pay cut from your monthly salary. This also means that you will make more than our agreed upon salary if you finish the task before our agreed upon deadline. Your everyday task will include but are not limited to:
Completing 2-3 mini sites per day
implementing on-page SEO on several pages per day
Researching and obtaining 30- 50 keyword anchored text back-links to these pages per day without the use of automation or link farms.
30- 50 directory submissions by hand and not automated.
30- 50 blog entries again by hand and not automated.
Creating 10 to 20 Squidoo lenses and Hub Pages per day.

Please keep in mind that all content and blog entries will be provided to you and the above tasks will mostly consist of fast copy/paste type of work.

This is by no means an easy job. Hopefully we all understand how valuable time is and how we can not afford to waste any.
