Project Requirement:

I have a HTML template , with header,footer.html files.

I want a php programmer, to include header and footer, and make the pages php, and add content from my earlier website.

I am looking for a medium skilled php /website person, who is patient enough to do some php work and add content to the pages.

I have 2 more sites after this,so potential for future work.
