Description

after the last freelancer burnt me, i'm trying again.

I require a .php programmer to build a website which will contain a database of South African masjids. I will do the datacapturing, however you will be required to build the entire website & CMS system.
See the .pdf file for more details

In short you will:
a) slice my .psd graphic into the site template
b) preferable code in CSS and ensure the site loads in IE and Firefox properly
c) have all our listings in a MySql database.
d) have a 'forward to a friend' email feature

I would prefer FLUENT ENGLISH speaking individuals, and individuals who have initiative and while working on this, offer advice and where possible alternative solutions if need be.

I'v attached a .pdf detailing the entire site and the various pages & features. I have all the original .psd's and the original .pdf file in a higher resolution.
Will need to be in contact through MSN or SKype regularly.
