Hi,
We are a startup company with a core business of providing preventive PC maintenance remotely on monthly or yearly subscription basis, with 3 different types of subscriptions (Basic, Classic, Ultima). The user will purchase our services from our site and enter the model and characteristics of their pcs to our database. Once this is done, an e-invoice will be sent to them. Vtiger must alert us when the customers' maintenance service is near and also send them a reminder email. In addition, we will also provide remote intervention on demand, on-site service and pickup service. For this purpose, clients should be able to post a support ticket. In addition, tracking for the pcs that are under the repair service in store would be a good addition to have. We also plan to sell few items in the beginning which will expand with time so integration of VirtueMart is needed. Lastly we need an online job application form. We have designed one earlier with Facile forms but it needs to be linked to the database. All the text that is visible to the end-viewer must be translatable with joomfish as it will be in other languages which will be written by us.
These are the main criterias of the website.
We had bought a Joomla template a couple of months ago from JoomlaShack named simplicity. We had started building the website with it but then stopped. Now it needs to be redone.
We would like the front-end interface to be similar to www.chess.no

| We have experience in Joomla/Mambo, vituemart, with sugarCRM. I dont see any problems with vtiger since there is a component available. Our own site www.indianelite.com is running on Joomla with OSC and a valid xhtml template. I am sure we can do this project.
