Description

Make a joomla 1.5.3 template from a psd file. The template will have a color tool for changing the colors(pink, orange and light green)

we need the modules positions shown in the attached file.
The template is for an Arabic site so it should be RTL (Right To Left).
we will provide the PSD file for the 3 different layouts.
