Description: Have some PSD Files which I need cut up and coded into the website design exactly as they appear into a Joomla based template design

Will also need the following plugins installed:

http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,1830/Itemid,35/
http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,202/Itemid,35/

Basic design elements:

3 column website:
-1st column: Text with scrollbar
-2nd column: Different sections within each category
-3rd column: Static menu options which will appear on each page

This will need a quick turn around, 5 day MAX
