Description

We have an unfinished Joomla template which can be seen at http://devel1.summerweb.net/index.php. We need a vertical line on the left and right, extension (making it longer) of the three boxes in the middle, and adopting a color scheme for the website. The designer needs to KNOW HOW TO BUILD A JOOMLA TEMPLATE and be good in CSS and tableless Design if he wants to be able to finish the job. The site also needs to be search engine friendly.
Max. Budget for this project is $150.

In case you haven't checked the site, it is integrated with Virtuemart so the design must be compatible with it.
