hi

i need a joomla 1.5 template for a web hosting company, currently i have 2 templates that have elements of what i am looking for which can be used as a starting point. i need a valid xhtml/css tableless template built using aspects from each with possibly a flash header.

please don't offer copies as i have a collection of 1000s of free and paid templates, so don't waste your time.

i need to see a mockup first before a design is approved and i will need to test the template before payment.

the project needs have changed, i now have a template that i will be using but needs a few modifications. (ie. add a module position, change the colours). ideally i am now looking to create a custom logo and banner to be used in the website. i am also still considering a flash header
