Description

Hello

I need a .psd file converted to joomla template.

1. Here is the photoshop file: http://www.yourfreelancer.eu/prj/tmp/e-governance_mainPage_Governance.zip

2. The template must be for Joomla 1.5

3. The text of every button or link that is part of a menu must be text and not graphic.

4. The shadows are not needed.

5. Simple hover effects are expected for all the links.

6. The template must be tested and look nice even if some modules or menus are hided.

7. I don't have currently Joomla installed so I would like to see progress in your server.
