Description: General statement: Template, Site Design & Development, using current html site (www.eyecu.tv) as a guide in content but not necessarily design. Looking for a contemporary design for a Video Surveillance hardware sales & installation company with a fresh design and component implementations as stipulated here.

Template Design & Development
1. Initial 1 hour VOIP INTRODUCTION and Project Clarification
2. Submit JPEG version of your design presented with potentially 4 drafts/revisions to narrow themes of design (Please provide examples of your previous designs)
3. Submit recommended Extensions/Components/Modules/Plug-ins
Final Design Deadline Project Begin Date + 7 days
FIRST PAYMENT 30%

Component Implementation - Freelancer to provide Extensions/Components/Modules/Plug-ins
1. Submit final Extensions/Components/Modules/Plug-ins selection for the following:
� Collapsible Horizontal Menu (Current Content)
� Vertical Menu (Current Content)
� User Menu (Installation only no design or implementation)
� Jpg/Flash image rotator
� SEO/SEF - Search Engine Friendly URLs
� Banner Advertising Management

Current Content Integration
1. Integrate current HTML site content into Extensions/Components/Modules/Plug-ins including shopping cart items and images.

4. Post Development Site & Component Tutorial (3 Hours via VOIP)
