Description

I need the following job done as it was abandoned.

I now need each project to be completed as quickly as possible as the site is now in use.
The site is on a shared server so I think the php.ini files need to be custom.
I want to make the layout 80% width. I tried doing this by editing the joomla header but it messed up the layout. I will do some screenshots of how I would like it to look.

One thing in addition to this project is I would like to make the forum open in a wrapper and remove the wrapper margins so that it fits tight in the wrapper.

There will be ongoing projects for this site about once a month.
