I need to create a Joomla community builder SOCIAL SITE to be integrated into And exsisting joomla website.

This site is a pretty low traffic website, mainly just
Members of a small club. This community will initially only
maybe 100 members.and, the LARGEST it will ever get is maybe 2000-3000 MAXIMUM. this will be a semi private community for a very specific group of people that are in the club... It will never Grow into a facebook or a myspace, and it is not intended to to do so. I am not sure if that matters, since many of these open source applications scale out really good. I know that there are some other open source applications that scale out really good and are free, but
do they work with a joomla site well? Since I want this to
play nice with my joomla site, I am choosing community builder.
If you feel that it can be done a better way, please tell me and
Bid accordingly.

Here is the list of functionality that I wish to have.
create a profile,
add a picture/user avatar,
add and display their name
add and display their phone number
add and display their IM info
add and display their myspace info
add and display their facebook info
add and display their personal web address
add and display and submit bookmarks/social bookmarks
upload pictures to a photo gallery,
upload videos to a video gallery (flvs, ffmpeg),
upload links to Social video sites (youtube, etc)

registered users need to be able to send PM
private messages to one another

ability to create and send out monthly newsletters
to all of the users.

Ability to create and manage an email list
Or list manger functionality similar to

We will have 4 groups of community users. Administrators, students,teachers, and affiliates. Their assigned group will give them access to different file repositories.

Site admins will be able to edit, add, and delete members profiles.

There will be a small file repository for that will hold
files for high level members and admins.

the admin needs to be able to create/manage an email list
that allows me to send internal emails/newsletters as well
send email to external non social site member email addresses.

Their will be different levels of membership. Users need to
be able to login and “upgrade” their membership. This will
require them, once their account is created, to pay a fee. I have
and authorize.net account for credit card processing, so this
will need to be integrated. Their will be standard members and their
will be "gold" members. This gold membership will cost $20 and
require the user to purchase the upgrade. There is already a
shopping cart setup, but the shopping cart and purchase transaction
needs to then be reflected after the purchase is complete. in this
case, that means the members status will change to GOLD and their
icon will change to reflect that.

please remember, that you will ONLY be building the community
builder portion of the site. The rest of the site is 100% completed.
It is on a very fast and stable server/hosting company. You DO NOT
Need to do ANY graphics or LOGOS, they are already completed.


In order to be a "qualified" candidate you must have the following:
1.) In-depth experience and knowledge of joomla. (I need to see at least 2 joomla sites.)
2.) Have working examples of Community Builder/Joomla sites that I can view. (Both front end and back end(admin) features.)

If any components are required to be purchased i will purchase
them. I STRONGLY prefer to use the BEST IN CLASS components
for this site. Joomla Commnity builder has a huge user base
and very active forums and their are sites with 50,000 members,
so I know it is a robust and well designed application.

many of the features that i require will be CORE components and
some will require plugins. most of this should be pretty basic
stuff in terms of social sites and what they are capable of.

lets do this as elegant as possible and make this nice
and clean and stable.

I am not in a RUSH to get this done.
I will wait for the best candidate that
offers to do this at the lowest price.
