Description

I need IMMEDIATE help with a joomla banner. I have a template created with Artiseer v2 and I purchased a flash banner. I need help positioning the banner at a specific part "above the breadcrumb". I played around with it for a while, and I am tired of screwing with it. I will pay NO MORE than $10 for the job and I will transfer the money into escrow at the start of the job.
