Description

We need a php coded website that is driven by a MySQL database.

The site needs to accept memberships by personal refural only and then track funds that each member adds to the club. There is no need for a shopping cart or tracking of payment processor as all payments will be manually verified.

Site must beable to geo teargeting to redirect Australian viewers away from the site.
