Description:	I will store the Instant Messaging User Names of clients I work with with their permission. I will store this data in a database or text file. I'm not worried about that part. What I need someone to do for me is create a HTML page that will show me the status of my client with regard to being online or not and if they are online I will want to click a link that will launch THAT Instant Messaging service so I can instantly chat with them if I want. If a client is a member of MSN Instant Messaging then I want whatever MSN provides developers implemented so on my ONE page I can easily see if they are online and then whatever link will launch my MSN Instant Messaging so I can chat with that client. Same for AOL or SKYPE at a minimum. The final result of this project will be ONE page and you do not need to worry at all about dynamically creating anything. I'm just looking for a savvy programmer to do this legwork for me so I don't have to go to each Instant Messaging service and dig out their developer material to do what I want above. I believe they each offer developers the "keys" and "tools" to do what I want. I don't want to take the time to do it. That's what I want help with. Thank you
