Description
I am in the process of building a new OS Commerce website to replace my existing one. I currently have a development store in place with many modifications already made.I need several contributions installed, such as an RMA system, customer/order creation system (ability to create an order from the admin screen), and agree to terms and conditions when placing an order.
I will require many tweaks as well. Such as changing the search function in the catalog, adding fields to the product entry, and many others.
Finaly the site look will need to be redone to look like the mock-up I have here: http://www.worldwidedvds.com/new_layout.html

Several people have asked for some more details as to what is required. The site is heavily modified, similar to CRE Loaded, but not as many contributions.
Here are some more details.
General:
- Paginate X-Sell, add search feature (I have 50,000 items, so if it's not paginated, it takes 2-3min to load each time)
- Header Tags Controller (latest version, supposed to have a script that automatically sets the tags and things)
- Froogle feeder
Categories/Products:
- Correct the Search so that it no longer loads the entire category when an item is selected from a search
- Paginate results (max results set in config)
- Something I call the "Product QuickView"
- -- Release Date, MSRP, Cost, Store Price, Qty, Weight all displayed in the box on the right
- -- Store Price, Qty and Weight are editable from the box
- "Listmaker" needs "fitted"
- -- "Listmaker" allows me to select a number of products to assign to a named list. The items then cross sell with each other. (good for tv series)
- -- I have a basic page that functions. It has no OSC header/footer or side menu. Would need "fitted" so that it "fits" with the rest of the site
Product:
- Add several fields to products_description table and add to the product entry screen
- -- Pre-Book Date (datetime)
- -- Year (INT,4) (Dropdown)
- -- Region (VARCHAR, 35) (Textbox)
- -- MPAA (VARCHAR, 5) (Textbox)
- -- Video (VARCHAR, 255) (3 Line Textbox)

- Actor/Director Mod (Enter name in the box, it's added to a list, you can search by actor/director. You can also view the actor/director bio with list of all movies with the actor/director)
- -- Actor/Actress (5 Line Textbox) - Link to actor/director mod
- -- Director (2 Line Textbox) - link to actor
- Add fixed shipping (fixed shipping contribution is already installed) to the product entry screen, radio or checkbox to enable/disable and textboxes for the prices
Customers/Orders:
- Ability to create an order from scratch from the Admin
- Add tracking/shipping info to orders in admin (AND to display in the store). Ability to select any carrier (use a table for the carriers, start with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) and have a carrier URL field (to be used to bring up tracking info). Need Carrier, Ship Date, and Tracking # for Admin and Store.
- Several things need to be "fitted" for OSC (basic functionality already exists for all of these, they just need the osc skin applied to them, and maybe a change of a few table/field names)
- -- Customer Notification (similar to the newsletter. Allows me to select any number of items, and send an email to anyone who purchased those items. I can send to all buyers (in case of recall, or release date change), or only newsletter subscribers (announce new items)
- -- Product Shipping (my version of batch shipping)
- -- Packing Labels (creates a pdf of the shipping labels for the shipped items)
- -- Import Shipping Info (I import the shipping output file from my shipping program to update the orders with the tracking info)
Reports:
- Here's one of the two big reports that I use "Upcoming Releases". It is a report of all items not yet released. I have checkboxes to show if they have images, a description, and if it's listed on eBay. I can flag an item, or I can remove it from the list so it is no longer displayed. Flagged items will display even if the release date is past. (I've included a screenshot of it). This might need some tweaking to have the same color scheme as the rest of the admin, and some of the table/fields may need to be changed.
- Supplier Reports (I have a series of reports from my main supplier that are updated every day, I need a menu to access them, like the Auctionblox main menu which is already installed)
- -- The reports themselves are on two pages, they would end up being on their own page, and lots of detailed things. All of these files (6 or 7 total I think), would need "fitted" for OSC, right now they are straight functional. No real layout to the information.
Skinning/Template
- The entire site would need to have the same look/feel as the page in the original project request. Right now it only exists as the HTML mock-up that is in the original request. I have another one that would be the product screen which is still in the works: http://www.worldwidedvds.com/product_layout.html
I have the image files for the backgrounds and a basic stylesheet (it's real ugly though). Everything else would need to be created.

Now that we have clarified the project we would like to keep the project within the current price range, but will consider prices outside of the range if proof of skill and knowledge is given with examples of past work.
