Hi,
OneSanAntonio.com will be a comprehensive guide website for San Antonio, Texas and the metropolitan area. I want the site to feature information for everything from daily news to development to the neighborhoods, etc. It will need to look and perform like http://edition.cnn.com/

In San Antonio, there is the Central Loop (downtown) and outside of that the city is divided up into "Sides." North side, south side, west side, east side… etc.

I want to showcase each "side."

CONTENT

I want to be able to update the content of the site on a daily basis, basically meaning anytime I need to. Some of the content, like NEWS will be updated frequently on a daily basis so being able to control content with some sort of CMS will be important.

The NEWS section will be a compilation of news from sites like www.mysanantonio.com, www.clickitsa.com, www.bizjournal.com/sanantonio, etc, which will be linked from my site. Basically, I just want to be able to have some text and link to the news that will direct them to the original source (the sites I just named), or maybe a feed system from their site to mine.

I attach a basic chart for the navigation system. Again, the content of each page must be easily updatable, and look like CNN. No video is required.

Please only bid if you have CMS experience and links to your previous works.
