Description

We are launching a hosting company in China and looking for a firm or web designer to help us design a new website. We are a reseller of Hostgator for hosting services, but we also provide domain name registration as an affiliate of another company. The look should be based on a competitor site (check Personal Message Board for url) but we would appreciate your own input and improvements.

Generally speaking we need a very neat and clean site, and SEO-friendly. HTML+CSS is the main architecture though PHP+MYSQL should be used in some part.

Specific requirements include:
-The possibility to check domain availability on site (WHOIS), and after domain is available to fill a form where he can fill all the required information.
-A creative top banner inspired of themes such as China, Internet or Technologies, and incorporating a logo based on the domain name of our site.
-No user account is needed per se but from main page we want to put some log in boxes for direct access to webmail and hosting CPanel
-Two sets of empty templates since the site will be available in two languages.
-Easiness of modification, update and extension.
-The project should be completed within ten days after it is awarded.
-One month support after project is completed to assist in case any help is needed.

Companies or freelancers who have helped built hosting companies websites (provide examples in your bid) are preferred.
