Description

Looking to update all the web forms on our website. We have all of the html code generated from our web based CRM solution.

Here's what we need you to do:

- update code on pages with web forms (5 forms in total)
- ensure layout of form is optimized
- add required fields to each form
- test forms to ensure we are receiving data in CRM, the landing page is correct, and auto-return emails are being sent (you will have our assistance with this)

Once again, you will have all the code for the forms pre-generated by our CRM system. I would also like to consider having a temporary landing page, that times out after 5 seconds...eg. "Thanks your request has been sent, you will now be directed to our home page". This is not mandatory, but I nice to have, if it is easy enough.

Attached is an example of one of the forms. Please let me know if you require further info.
