Description

This is an urgent job. Do not bid unless you can start today and have it completed in a few days. I will need to keep close contact with you on this project. Must be available to chat and constant updating throughout the next few days. Not a big job for those who know what they are doing. I'm looking for someone who has the experience in building html websites. Gentle design bright colours. Nothing to adventurous. Backend PHP using MYSQL.
Must have experience and 10 rating of feedback. No time for messers. Do not bid unless you can build this site.
This is my second attempt on building this site last developer let me down badly.

Example of what you will be making.
User area:
- Header, Footer, Menu (so I can add html pages and so on)
- Country listing (list of all counties in the system)
- Property listing per country .
- Property information (house image and house description)
- Contact owner (sends him an email from site saying it came from site)

Admin area:
- All pages password protected by an htaccess file.
- List all counties in the system
- Delete country
- Add country (name)
- Edit country (name)
- Add new property (you get a link next to the country name)
- List all properties from a country (click the country name)
- Delete property
- Edit property
I know exactly what I want.
