Description

We need a designer who can handle design, HTML/CSS modifications, add elements of JS (javascript). We need someone ASAP- and would prefer to pay in the range of $3-$10/hr. Very basic knowledge of PHP is preferred. You should be familiar with Photoshop or similar program. We are looking for someone we can work with on an ongoing basis- something like 5 to 10 hours per week. Please send examples of your work and tell us your familiarity with: HTML, CSS, JS, Photoshop, and PHP. Thanks!

Here are my skills - HTML - 10/10 CSS - 7/10 JS - 7/10 Photoshop6/10 PHP - 5/10 Fireworks - 10/10 (substitute for photoshop) I have done many projects in PHP as well.
