Description: Hello,

We are looking for a clone of the following website:

Here is a brief description of what we want the website to accomplish:

1.) The ability to send mass text messages to users through a professional web interface.

2.) Users should be able to sign up and create different groups via the website:

- the groups cannot be created by everyone, we need a way to check this by maybe having an option that will pre-approve a group account
- users should be able to sign up as well but only through a group link that was provided by the person who created the group.

3.) There should be a nice user backend where the group leader can control all aspects of sending out messages to its users. The regular users should have a nice backend as well where they can delete themselves from lists, modify their information (such as name, cell number, etc).

4.) We need an admin area as well so that we can be in charge of everthing that goes on with the site.

5.) We need to be able to include different advertisers in all the texts that are sent from the website. It would only be one line that would go at the end of each one.

We want to make it simple for people to sent out mass text messages in a profession and effective manner. http://tinyurl.com/28f5zh is a perfect example of what we are looking for.
