What I need done:
I need a small website designed for online flash/shockvawe/etc. games. It should contain home, basic information about us, and all games page, no more than 5 different php pages in all. Good example is Games tab of http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/ or simpler.

Provider will build:
Small site and upload 100 most popular games on site. Concerning terms of use and property rights, possibly on author inquiry, the games will be later removed from the site.
Site is in English but must be easily translatable into other languages.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
In terms of style, I want a very fast but good looking site (mix) that will appeal to my clients who will come to site just to play games. Again http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/ is good example. There won't be anything else like news etc. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for a "igre", "igra", "igrice", (meaning games in Croatian) "online" "flash" "shockvawe" in country/language "Croatia", "Bosnia/Herzegovina", "Slovenia" and "Serbia and Montenegro".

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
SEO, CSS and intuitive programming

Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 2 weeks.
