I am re-posting this project following a disastrous experience with the gold member jeevanarun

I need a gay dating site completing within 30 days

he winning bidder MUST DO the following

1. Keep to max budget they bid and are selected for - I will not contemplate 'extras' when I have clearly indicated what I want in the brief!!
2. Keep to agreed timescales – There will be a built in penalty clause in light of my experiences with jeevanarun
3. Be contactable via email and respond within 24 hours to queries raised

The site should be written ideally in PHP

A design template in PSD will be required

The site will be split into 3 main areas off the {main]front page - one will be for the paid online members, one for the private [non web based] members {see later} and the main middle bit about the site, promotional material, latest members, photos etc etc

The site will require

1. A multi-themed chat room area
2. A free area where members can view basic info on prospective partners - name, age, area
3. A paid area where more info can be viewed [see later]
4. The ability for paid members to load up up to 5 photos
5. The ability for paid members to match partners on a wider choice/ varience i.e age, sexual persuasion, area, eye colour, hair colour etc etc [full details will be provided]
6. The ability for paid members to go to a 1-1 private chat room
7. A paid members voting system for photos
8. A tell a friend option
9. A affiliate scheme managable through admin to allow persons to promote the site and be paid a [variable] commission rate - this need to be text and/or banner options - the winning bidder should provide 6 themed banners for the site as well
10. The site will have an online and a [offline] private members area - members can choose to join both or either - each will have a different price and the site will need to handle and sort this accordingly into seperate manageable [databases]
11. A subscribed in/out newsletter
12. Banner Management
13.Paypal, Nochex and 2 Checkout integrated - offering additional payment modules will be considered an advantage in you being selected
14. The site will need to be SSL certificated and you should be willing to integrate this onto a hosting server of our choice and ensure it works properly.
15. Ability for paid members to save profiles as 'favourites' and revisit them again without having to go through a search process

The site will require a simple to use admin area:

Admin will require

1.Secure log in
2.The ability to approve/disapprove members {function to be switchable on/off automatically]
3. The ability to approve/disapprove photos {function to be switchable on/off automatically]
4. The ability to bar ISPs {function to be switchable on/off automatically]
5. The ability to filter bad language on site/chat rooms {function to be switchable on/off automatically]
6. Access to add members to the database manually and to print off simple member information for issue to private [offline] members
7. Full management of affiliate, tell a friend, newsletter,chat room functions, banner and payment functions within the admin area
8. Ability to switch on/off payment modules
9. The ability to manage all the site functions not otherwise described here but in the brief
