Description: This is a very simple project. I just need an admin panel that allows me to upload images to a website. It should generate a new page with the image on it as well as a textarea below the image with the HTML to embed the code on any page. This is simple PHP and MySQL. There should be an option to create categories (a menu on the left side of the website would list the categories) which would lead to thumbnails of the pictures. The thumbnails would link to the page with the image. The most recently uploaded pictures should appear as thumbails on the front page. Advertisements should be controlled from the admin panel as well. That's it! If the price range is too low then state so in a PM.
