Website to be very pleasing and quick load
The back end of the website will be quite similar to that of any online retail outlet site, as it will be database driven through information that has been input by the end users.
And merchants who load their products time and again.
These users will need to be able to Join, and once they have entered their info be given an ID and password.
The merchants to have an ID/password and facility to upload their product details along with varying discounts available similar to www.ebay.com, www.amazon.com. The database will need to have full Audit Trail capabilities so we can go through and check what all ID’s have done and when they did it.
Also should be user friendly to extract data easily

PHB, windows Operating system and MySql database management
Need the information accessible to us on either a ‘registration field’ or whole database level
•Records able to be modified, deleted with comments added by us
Allow for the creation and use of promo/discount codes
•Integrate the site to a Payment Processor
Webpage to incorporate display featured & different categories.
Facility to have online payment, online order processing and delivery tracking
Some times shop runs 70%discount (bargain son all items and need to be under a different Tab/Category.
Facility to track the users buying for bargains to be incorporated
All users will by thro us and online order processing/automatic payments to merchants for order products to be incorporated
All original files & source code must be editable and will convey to us at the conclusion of the project.
Merchants will present products and services online through pre defined login templates. To contain description of products, photo uploads and payment methods wherever necessary
Payment terms
Only through escrow method.
20% will be deposited at escrow on initial templates approval.
40% will be deposited at escrow on approval of the entire web design on your server

Balance 40% will be released once it is posted on our hosting place and working 100% satisfactorily.
