Description

I need to create a full CSS-based websites.
It means that the website will be fully controlled by the .css file.
If you're an experienced web designer, I'm sure you'll understand what i mean :) I'm a web designer myself, but being too busy to create the website.

I want the site LAYOUT to have a header, a static left side menu, and the main area, of course. It's pretty much similar like this site's LAYOUT :

(this site does NOT use full CSS, i just need the similar LAYOUT)

YOU ONLY NEED TO DO THE TEMPLATE, cos I will add the content and modify the rest... just the template only..
