Description

I am looking for a freelancer auction script like GAF. One that you've already created. However, the only difference is, I want to charge monthly or yearly fees via paypal and the two parties involved will work out their own payment options. Not escrow.

The script must NOT be an illegal copy and I have the right to make any changes to the site I see fit once I receive it. I would need clear installation instructions along with the script.

The script must have an admin panel that manages users accounts
with ability to suspend/remove accts.

I would like to see a demo of the site before I choose the winner.

Payment will be made after the site has been installed successfully.
