Alright, ive posted this a few times, and no one has solved it for me yet, so had those people do other work.

I have a site with a static footer that stays on the bottom, called by php as such. Refer to the pictures attached for a visual on the issue I wish to have fixed. If page content does not push it to within the footers height of the bottom, a white space fills in.

Anyone who takes this job must be certain they can fix this. The site is run with .tpl and .php files, along with mysql. Thank you

Should be a simple fix for a php guru.
