Description

This project concerns a website similar to those shown on www.hyip4u.com. In other words I need a High Yield Investment program, shown on the Internet with secure login, able to transfer e-gold forth and back from accounts being opened from investors all around the world. I would like the webdesign being very simple with a picture of a football and maybe a picture of a football player.

I am searching for someone who has already done the programming and have some standard software to set up this kind of homepage fast. Building this from scratch will be too much effort and will cost me too much as a trader.

Investors signing up and creating a simple account can invest 14 days or 30 days at a time giving them 0,2% - 2% back per day from the total amount being invested.

A note to budget: I will pay for website hosting and small start fees but I would like to make a contract that allows me to pay a certain amount per month untill I am certain everything runs smooth.
You are welcome to bid more than 1500 dollars but again, this is a start fee for and I know it will cost me more in the end of the project.
