Description: I have a theme that was made by a decent designer who had no idea how to make it work with all browsers or wc3 xhtml compliant.

I need this theme (or you can start from the beginning with a similar design) to work with php modules and blocks, and the theme must pass wc3 xhtml or xhtml transitional prior to me placing the blocks and modules. This is NOT a joomla nuke or other site, this is just a small DJ site.

My deadline is two days.
