Description

I am looking for an individual to fix my page layout on three pages of my site so that I can have a right column on each of those pages. Right column should match the left column on my index page. This is easy work for someone experienced with css only need to copy and paste what is on my index page and align it to the opposite side without breaking my template.
I would then like this individual to fix the compatibility issues I am having across multiple browsers. I would at least like my site to work on all of versions of the major browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera). Please only bid if you can show previous work and/or experience.

Please check out my site in my profile. I have a php template that I could give you that I used on my site to make the left part be the same on all of the pages. This way I did not need to copy and paste all the time. All it needed was for me to include the template with php:)
