Expert php/clipshare Programmers ONLY!

I need a php/clipshare expert programmer to work on clipshare 4.0 video script and to also add extra features. Must be familiar with Clip Share video script. . The site www.talentontherise.com is a social network site custom build website utilizing Clip-Share. The site is hosted my www.cirtex.com. I need to make the following changes to the site:

1. Mailing list sign up graphic designed for the main page link to Sandblaster newletter software.
2. Upgrade the video search, currently not working -http://www.talentontherise.com/video.php?display=
3. Photos view is setup to show the last uploaded photos first. I want the latest photos first on the list.
4. I need to add a web page for newsletters and past newsletters: Just like the link here: http://www.thetennischannel.com/newsletter/
5. Need to upgrade video player for the videos, you can recommend a new player.
6. Need to upgrade the video uploader, you can recommend a new uploader or fix the current uploader
7. Need to upgrade the admin tool. I can’t track users usage such as date/time user logged in or out.
8. General on-going support issues
9. Basic documentation required.

The members section need changes: Will give more details when vendor is chosen.


The incumbent must also be able to design, configure, install and test the site in the aforementioned scripts as well as programming skills in PHP MYSQL. Please provide qualifications, experience and reference site information.
