Description

I am running a website using Joomla. I don't like the Joomla Contact Form, so I need something customized. I also don't want any of the Joomla existing add-ons. Some are impossible to customize from a layout perspective.

Both forms will be emailed to specific email addresses. Visitor must receive a copy of the email, with subject “ Your inqury has been submitted”

Must capture, Date/Time, Host and IP.

Basic validation for required fields, including email address verification and telephone number auto-formating.

Once submitted the customer must be directed to Thank you Page.
