Description

Hello

I want to design a custom cms website - with 6 designed pages and rest all ( cms ) having a custom similar format throughout site. I don't want flash .

- PHP website
- XHTML Strict Code (we won't accept the code if it's not XHTML strict validated).
- no Tables, only CSS
- Compatible to major browsers, IE 7+, FF 2+, Safari
