*Description*
Time: ASAP

The goal is to do a deal site that will be able to show many deals from
4 sections. It will feature same concept as dealigg.com and /dealpl/.us
and others like /bensbargains/.net, /slickdeals/.net, /gottadeal/.com.

*General Scope of Capabilities and Features*

The ability to archive links (database capabilities) and provide access
to archives for site users.

A dynamic and easily to update Content Management System that will allow
the administrator to update the multiple deals pages including detailed
deals descriptions and embedded links to off-site pages.

Extensive site search capabilities

Discussion board

Password protected area for members

Ability to upload and manage banners for potential revenue or to enhance
partnerships. Placeholders that allow uploading of pictures, logos, or
ads through the CMS

Users with account to the site will be able to add deals and will get
points for the more deals they add.

We will also have monthly, even weekly gift giveaways.

_Site design should include but not necessarily be limited to the
following considerations and features_:

*main menu*
All Latest Deals | Tech Deals | Household Deals | Men Deals| Women deals
| Coupons | Free |stores | merchant

The following pages of the site "all latest deals" "men deals" "women
deals" will consist of three column in which deals will show and on the
right hand side will have a category, latest coupons ect...
when a person click on deal it should take you the page that will show
you more information about the deal, similar deals in the same category
and latest deals from the same store. (check dealigg for such feature)

*Adding deals*
each deals added will be checked to see if that deal was not submitted
already
if expiration date is set, once the deal expire, it should say expire on
deal
All deals will show up in their right page and the 'all latest deals'
page which will be the main page for all the deals.

*Administrator panel*
Administrator will have total control on the site
Admin should be able to tract what ips users are using to add deals, the
last time users logged in the site, who's online and so on
Admin should be able to add members at ease
Administrator should be able to create sub-admin accounts and be able to
provide access to certain part of the website. for example administator
create sub-account user Vishal and vishal is only allow to add deals in
the 'men deals' page, of course any deals added by Vishal will also show
in the main page which is the 'all latest deals' page.

*User's account*
if possible users can set preference to cache the page they want the
site to open on. ex.. Warren would like the site to open on the men
deals page.
The site will allow users to add deals.
when a user add a deals, the script should check to see if the deals has
already been submitted using the link
when users are adding deals they should have the option to enter what
section or to say what kind of deal it is men, women, household,
freebie ect.
when adding a deals users should have the following options, but not
limited to:
product name
deal category
deal section
image
price
price after rebate
expiration of the deal
shipping and handling
