Dear sir, I'm a certified Linux engineer with years of experience with system integration, customization and development. I have done many similar projects including 2 which were nearly identical (daily retrival of text data -> parsing into fields -> input into MySQL database). There is no need for PHP at all - everything would be done using native Linux commandline tools with the help of an elaborate bash script and cron. This results in better performance. I'm confident I can deliver a professional job within 48 hours and I'm ready to start immediately. Thanks

I am comfortable with data parsing and databases, woking with these situations on a daily basis. I can use python, sed/awk or perl to do this job so integration into any system will not be a problem. With a sample of data I'll construct the regex if needed to parse any data.
