Description:	would like a custom wordpress theme created - original theme from scratch. This should be a simple job for someone that is familiar with wordpress themes and theme options. The theme should have the features and options available in the mandigo theme and unnamed theme in particular: central theme options page where user can change all options without having to go to css or individual template files change the width of the page and the header like mandigo be able to upload header like kubrick have different page layouts ie single, two column, three column right sidebar, left sidebar, either side - see mandigo and unnamed theme have easy to change header text and all fonts including h2, h3 and body styles, colours size and links colours, hover etc using either hex code or a colour picker have the option of underheader navigation or sidebar nav have the option of having icons as part of the nav like mandigo with the little stars (should be a choice of three icons ie star, bullet point, other web icons) be able to change the background colour using either hex or colour picker and have the option of uploading an image as well be able to change the background and text of sidebars Theme must be as user friendly as possible and suitable for someone that has no css It must also be flexible so that it can be used for multiple situations. The following templates should be standard: 1.contact us template so no need for plug in -it should have a captcha to avoid spam 2.sales letter template 3.a review site template with must work with sb review and be similar to the attached screenshot ie allows for image to be incorporated please let me know if you have any questions. There may be things that I have not specifically mentioned that you will see in the attached screenshots. The idea is that the theme should be multi purpose and user friendly.
