Description

A. I need 1 Home Page template Plus 1 template for inner pages.
B. Page Theme will be for "Credit Repair".
C. Need the project fully completed in 1 week or less.
D. Budget for this project is $75.00, but will consider all bids.

1. Must be 100% original with new headers and graphics.
2. Must be simple and easy to navigate, but look and feel very professional.
3. NO flash, bouncing or moving art or graphics of any kind.
4. Home Page 3 columns: Left for Article Links; Middle for content, Right for Ad Links/Banners. Placeholder for two AdSense ads at top.

5. Inner Page 1 column. Very simple header for this page. Navigation Links HOME | ARTICLES | PRIVACY POLICY | CONTACT US
6. SEO optimized as much as possible, considering you have no text to work with. I.E. H1 Tag placeholder, etc.
7. No Opt in Forms on either page.
8. The pages will be static for now, but may require PHP in the future. Can the pages be made to handle either?
9. This web site will be a work in progress and I will be using Dreamweaver 8 to quickly add content, article links, and ad links as I get them, so please give me pages I will be able to work with in Dreamweaver.
10. I must own the copyrights for the pages and graphics.
11. Final pages and graphics to be forwarded to me. I will handle all FTP.
