Description:	Hello Guys, Basically we are a small team of 5-6 ASP.Net and .Net Developers. We often need help of Graphics Designers for the web sites we develop. We are working on a web site and we need help of Graphics Designer for the css and graphical part. Please provide samples of your previous work. Please only bid if you meet the following requirements and are agreed with following terms. Requirements You should be creative. do not send us template because our clients will send us back the template number and the url from where template was taken. But of course you can use good templates for ideas. like recently I got one design from a graphics designer and we can say it is creative work. Please see http://www.dougsdream.com. You should be very good in CSS and HTML because we found that many graphics designers write bad html and css. you will send us optimized html like try to create small images as much smaller you can. we are comfortable with tables structure but if anybody thinks that he can deliver us html in Div structure but with great quality then he/she is welcomed. Terms we will select you for the project and will make 50% of total bid as escrow. you will provide us 2-3 proposed templates. we will select one to work on and will give you our feedback. if your first template is quite good then we do not need you to do extra templates. every style like fonts, font size, colors, backgroud images, border styles will come from CSS file. At end you will provide html and css and we will transfer Total money to your account. We got chances to work with graphics designers from all over the world and we think following Rates are reasonable. 1) $50 for the design, html and css of home/main page. 2) $50 for the design, html and css of inner pages. (5-10 pages maximum). as Inner pages will be consistent to main/home page so this is easy to do. If you are excellent in your job then even we can negotiate on rates. we know many people who are looking for excellent graphics designer so if you produce good work for us then we will definitely give you more work and redirect those people to you.
