Description

This will be a fast and easy project for the right person.

I am in need of a two page website.
The look and feel is to be business modern.

The purpose of this website is to give a tease about a service that is coming available soon and to create an interest list of businesses that want to be contacted for more follow up.

The first page will be be just a couple of paragraphs and a couple of images you can blend into the page without distracting from the message.

The second page is to be a form to collect data that the site visitor will input and then submit.

I will want this info to be e-mailed to a predetermined email address. I also will want to be able to export a complete list that I can import into a database.

I will host this site on my server in a Cpanel environment.
I want to have this site up and running by Sept 23rd so time is of the essence and I will award this project very quickly.
ask questions and I will answer them, keep the price fair and deliver on time and I will be a hassle free buyer.
