Description:	This project involves adding the following features to the Site-Sift Directory script. If you would like to see the structure before bidding, you can download a free copy below: http://scripts.site-sift.com/down.php Customizable Email through Admin Panel There would be an additional link in the Admin panel which brings you to a page where you can edit the outgoing mails for approvals and rejections. It will also have a list of variables you can insert to further customize the mail such as [Title] [Description] [Location], etc...Currently, the emails are pulled from a .txt file Ability to Specify Number of Columns for Subcategories Right now there are 2 columns when the subcategories are listed. I want a little more flexibility so this will be added to the Admin panel similar to how you can control the layout of the front page Newsletter Feature Again through the Admin panel. Similar to the Customizable letters, this will allow you to write and send a newsletter to all the email addresses in the mySQL database. Can be used for special promotions or to inform of downtime/changes in policy. It will mail them the same way as the refusal/acceptance letters if possible. Sponsored Ads - Length of Time I believe right now Sponsored ads are one time frame (Unless you manually remove them) - This feature would allow 3 month, 6 month, etc where the listed goes back to normal when it expires (or sends out a renewal notice and then does that if they don't renew). It would be up to the Sponsor how long so a discount structure can be set up. I can provide screenshots if you are not familiar with this directory script or this is confusing. Dead Link Checker Be able to run a scan from the Admin panel that makes sure all the sites are still there. If not, it removes the site to a special moderation queue (The format can be the same as the existing one) where it can be hand checked and if the site is no longer there, removed from the directory. Additional information submitted: 06/16/2006 at 8:03 EDT: Also, The site in question will be copied to a test server and the contractor will have full ftp access. This will ensure the work does not disturb the "Live" site. Once finished it will be moved over and the final tests condusted by myself to insure functionality.
