Description:	Hello freelancers, For 2 days ago I bought a domain for a guild for the online game Warhammer Online. This is something me and a group of friends have wanted to have for a long time. I downloaded PHP-Nuke v.8 and tried to get a good looking and well functioned wesite up, but as I got near to none experience with PHP, this didn't turn out decent. Well, I'll get to the point; I am in need of a programmer who is experienced in PHP and weblayouts. I have created the main layout for the website in Photoshop, but someone will have to get it out on the net!=) This site will have to contain; - Admin access - Easy news creation - Members area - Built-forums (probably allready there, but then again, I do not have coding knowlegde) Also note that this is more like a hobby project you can do, than a business project with deadlines and other requirements. I still want it to be GOOD though!=) I have not a big budget, so again, this is more like a hobby project. No major deadlines. My price range would have to be from 35-55$, hope this is not an insult. I would deeply appriciate if someone were willing to take the task, and make a group of gamers very happy!;) --- I've attached a image of the basic layout, from Photoshop.
