Description:	I have a website designed by someone else for me that I need to get a CMS in place to allow the customer to manage it. I would like to convert the site to use Joomla. The site was designed using CSS etc, and I will provide all of that to the successful bidder. My budget is less then $125. I have a Joomla test server up and running and will put up the live server before the 1st of September.
