Description:	I want detailed enhancements to business listing script for my community site. - I have graphic layout mockup design to be followed. - Layout must be met in functionalities displayed and looks. - I must have CLEAN design using CSS for fonts, tables, etc. - Admin may add Categories/Sub-Categories. - Search ability for all listings. - Sponsored listings. - Featured listings. - Advertise Center for users to pay for ads (paypal is okay). - Section where users may read about benefits of Sponsored/Featured ads. This is very important for "selling" of idea of Sponsored Ads to prospect buyers. Upon your bid I will send further documents, specifications, and graphic mockup to follow.
