Description

I am in need of a programmer skilled in PHP and familiar with the Smarty template engine to integrate my new designs. The script I am using, fsrevolution.com, is already templated using Smarty but I need someone familiar with it to integrate my new design. I have the .psd files, and need someone to slice, code, & integrate the design.

Pay is negotiable, but please let me know if my offer is too low before accepting the project. Bidder must stick to agreed upon deadlines.
