Description

We are looking for a www.ratemyprofessors.com clone. The site would be for a different industry with a different rating scale. I would like it to be joomla or something different.

There would need to be a way to intergrate ads in certain places.

We would provide the PSD for the design.

I need to see samples of something similar. Also I need to know how it would be develpoed if not using Joomla!
