Clone of VideoGameAction.com with additional changes using Zen Cart

This website would look and function just like VideoGameAction.com

Clone the VideoGameAction.com website with additional changes shown in the images.

Website would be setup using Zen Cart where would then be able to enter product info, edit settings and launch our site from there.

-Leave the same graphics/buttons which we will replace with our own
-On VideoGameAction.com product categories change but ours will remain the same throughout
-URL links to be SEO friendly so we could edit the address ourselves
-Setup to get high rankings like a wordpress site
-Can input ALT tags for each image
-Auto creates Site map with each new page addition (if possible)
-Resubmit to search engines when site is updated (if possible)
-Use css wherever possible to create a uniform layout
-Need to document what changes have been made with code and pages affected
-Rotating front page image and link banner
-Outside right column 200 x 125 images change according to category
-New design implemented on our sites: tech3g.com

We are flexible and open to recommended design changes.

If you believe that a certain design would work better we are open to hearing from you too.

Will include images as well. They are not final but give you a good idea of what we are looking for.

NOTE: Design must be template based to be uniform across the entire Zen Cart site.
