Client needs a clone of

You need to provide:
1) color scheme
2) Sample Layout
3) Logo and graphics examples. The rest of the pics you will provide a place holder for and client will input them.
4) Text and headers (meta, keyword, etc) for all pages. Like Smarty input
5) coding in php. php includes for easier website management.
6) unique .css sheets. do not want to copy the css or tags on original website.
7) You need to supply a complete admin / control panel, including users,new pages, blocking ip,
8) The site needs to be web 2.0 style, where users can add stuff easy.

9) etc, etc

Budget is approximately 200 USD

Do NOT ask for escrow or pre payment, the client pays thru paypal.

They will pay 30% when they see the completed draft site and the balance when you complete the site.
